Messaging Privacy Policy

Information collected and used

When you submit the form, we collect your phone number, the contact information you provide and your choice about receiving texts. We retain that choice so we can honor your preferences. We use this information to respond to your real estate questions, follow up on conversations you have agreed to continue by text and coordinate appointments.

Data sharing

• Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile numbers and SMS consent information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to collect your request, maintain your preferences and deliver the communications you have agreed to receive.

Form submissions

This form uses FormSubmit to send your name, mobile number, optional email and texting choice to Ivan by email. The submission also includes the consent wording, form version and submission time recorded by your browser. FormSubmit processes the submission to provide this service. Submitting this form does not enroll you in a promotional campaign.

Messaging Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program description. Ivan Davila Realty provides individual customer care text conversations, including responses to real estate questions, follow ups to existing conversations and appointment coordination. Messages are sent from (210) 529-7793. Text messages are sent with your permission. This program does not send unsolicited or promotional text campaigns.
2. Cancellation. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send one text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will then receive no further messages from this program unless you give permission to join again.
3. Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance or contact us at ivanedavila@gmail.com.
4. Message delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies based on your conversations and appointment needs. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
